Please go through the norms below before you attend.** **Interview Details:** **Job Role: Customer Service Associate** **Drive Date: 11th July 2026 (Saturday)** **Drive Location: TCS Kolkata - Ecospace** **Location: Tata Consultancy Services, Ecospace Business Park, Plot No. IIF/11** **Action Area II, New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700160** **Timing: 09:00 AM - 12:00 PM** **Candidate to Carry: Copy of an updated resume, Photocopy of an Aadhar card and PAN card, 1 passport size photo and a photocopy of UAN Service History Document (downloaded within a week prior to TCS interview date).** **Job Description:** - **Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken)** - **Graduate (10+2+3) and above in any stream with minimum 12 months of experience and maximum of 3 years of relevant experience in International Voice process in any domain/ International Banking Experience are eligible to apply** - **Handling outbound calls at scale while adhering to time and productivity targets** - **Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice preferred** - **Flexible to work in night shifts** - **All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have** - **Salary credits from all previous employers must have been processed through a bank account.
