Learn more: www.godrejagrovet.com/businesses/animal-feed **Role Objective** The Dairy Nutrition Research Lead will drive cattle feed R&D initiatives, develop innovative nutritional solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product effectiveness and field performance. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Planning & Research** - Drive cattle feed R&D initiatives aligned with business objectives - Conduct pan-India market surveys on feed performance - Review scientific literature and identify innovation opportunities **2. Execution & Development** - Develop new feed solutions through product and process innovation - Evaluate feed performance and recommend improvements - Plan and execute research trials at cattle farms - Disseminate research findings and support implementation **3. Collaboration & Support** - Collaborate with Nutrition, Technical, and Sales teams - Provide technical support on field and commercial challenges - Conduct internal capability-building and training programs **4.
