Key Skills: Api, Deal Cloud Developer, Reporting, CSS, Deal Cloud CRM, Power platform, Java Script, HTML Roles and Responsibilities: • Configure and customize DealCloud CRM to meet complex business requirements. • Design, implement, and maintain workflows, scripts, and integrations within DealCloud. • Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations and related automation. • Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality and performance. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DealCloud-related issues. • Manage deal pipelines, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making. • Document configurations, development processes, and user guides. Skills Required: • 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in CRM development, integrations, and reporting. • API development and integration experience (REST/SOAP). • Reporting and analytics for deal pipeline decision-making. • DealCloud CRM configuration and customization (entities, fields, workflows, dashboards). • JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for scripting and UI-related configuration within CRM. Good to Have: • Power Platform experience. • DealCloud CRM development experience with advanced workflows and automation. Education: Any Graduation (Computer Science or Information Technology preferred).
