Interested candidates can share their resume at khushi.pandey@ext.icicilombard.com with the subject line "Design Studio Manager" and include the details below: • Current Salary • Expected Salary • Notice Period • Education (Full Time / Part Time) Role & responsibilities • Manage endtoend studio operations, shoot scheduling, and calendar coordination. • Handle multiple shoot requests with effective prioritisation and conflict management. • Coordinate preproduction planning, onday shoot logistics, and postproduction followups. • Conduct briefing sessions with internal teams, leadership, influencers, and production crew. • Maintain shoot trackers, call sheets, runsheets, and overall workflow documentation. • Drive internal communication and promote studio participation across business units. • Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth crossteam collaboration. • Ensure high production standards, equipment readiness, and seamless shoot execution. • Use project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, MS 365) for streamlined studio workflow. Preferred candidate profile • 36 years of experience in studio management, production coordination, or content operations. • Strong skills in shoot scheduling, calendar management, and multistakeholder coordination. • Proven ability to manage preproduction, onday logistics, and postproduction processes. • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with leadership, internal teams, and external talent. • Familiar with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Google Workspace, or MS 365. • Proactive, organised, detailoriented, and comfortable working in fastpaced creative environments.
