**About the Company** Role Name: Digital Strategist **About the Role** Years of Experience: 10–12 Years Role Balance: 60–70% Business & Reporting Acumen → 30–40% Adobe Launch & AEP Understanding **Responsibilities** - Digital strategy — end-to-end ecosystem ownership - Report-heavy analytics — independently owns reporting workflows - Hands-on with Segments, Calculated Metrics, Classifications, Data Sources, Report Builder & Data Feeds in Adobe Analytics - Adobe Target / Optimizely — hands-on, mandatory - Statistics, A/B testing & experimentation methodology - Pre-analysis — lift calculator, test sizing, hypothesis design - Business acumen with client-facing stakeholder management - Working understanding of AEP — audiences, data flows, activation, RT-CDP - Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Launch (30–40% depth expected, not expert level) **Qualifications** Good to Have: - Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) - Foundational Data Science knowledge - Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) **Required Skills** Digital strategy, report-heavy analytics, hands-on experience with Adobe tools. **Preferred Skills** Customer Journey Analytics, foundational data science knowledge, Adobe Journey Optimizer. **Pay range and compensation package** Not specified. **Equal Opportunity Statement** We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
