Job description

• Credit Policy & Strategy: Formulate, implement, and continuously refine national underwriting policies and risk frameworks specifically tailored for Commercial Vehicle (CV), Working Capital (WC), and unsecured/secured MSME loan products. • Complex Underwriting & Approvals: Act as the final sanctioning authority for high-ticket and complex credit appraisals, ensuring a rigorous assessment of business cash flows, financials, and collateral while maintaining optimal Turnaround Time (TAT). • Portfolio Risk Management: Drive proactive risk mitigation by monitoring pan-India portfolio health, analyzing vintage delinquency trends, and deploying Early Warning Signals (EWS) to strictly control Non-Performing Assets (NPAs). • Digital & Process Innovation: Champion the integration of digital underwriting tools, alternative data-based credit scoring models, and automated decision engines to scale MSME and CV lending efficiently. • Leadership & Compliance: Build, mentor, and lead a decentralized, high-performing regional credit team while ensuring strict adherence to RBI regulatory guidelines, internal audit standards, and alignment with the overarching business targets of the Sales function.
