Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Compliance of Commercial Policies, quarterly Vendor reconciliations, daily monitoring of online SAP entries, preparation, and circulation of MIS - Verification of stock at all locations, conducting surprise audits, stock transfer, stock taking & verification, PO creation - Statutory compliance report, tracking, monitoring and updation of various agreements - Vendor development - Contract labour management - Commercial transactions of vendors - GL code scrutiny And Vendor / Customer Accounting - Monthly MIS- Material balancing, - Audit schedule updation on monthly basis - Accounts MOR Preparation - Fixed Assets Management and Capitalization - To ensure proper controls for Stock Movement - To coordinate with HO finance on matters relating to Insurance, Asset care and capitalization - To maintain proper documentation for all the statutory audits (excise, sales etc) - To ensure monthly SAP closing and Reconciliation of stocks within timelines - FOH Monitoring & Control - Internal/External audit report management - Statutory Commercial Compliance - Accuracy of Monthly closing reports - Creditor and by products debtors aging report **Preferred candidate profile** - SAP Knowledge of accounting transactions such as (MB51, MB1B, VL10D etc) is a must - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati - Statutory knowledge - Budgetary control - Financial Accounting - Computer competency - SAP, MS - Office
