Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Duty Manager role based at a Lemon Tree Hotels property in Kevadia-The pre-opening property. The Duty Manager oversees daily hotel operations during their shift, ensuring smooth functioning of front office, housekeeping, and guest services. Responsibilities include monitoring guest check-ins and check-outs, handling escalated guest concerns, coordinating with various departments to meet service standards, and ensuring adherence to safety, hygiene, and brand guidelines. The role also involves supervising team members, maintaining operational reports, supporting revenue and occupancy targets, and ensuring that guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service at all times. Qualifications • Operational management skills in front office, guest services, and housekeeping, with the ability to coordinate activities across departments. • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally. • Leadership and team supervision abilities, including task delegation, shift management, coaching, and performance support for staff. • Organizational and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, crisis management, and the capacity to make timely decisions under pressure. • Basic knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and standard reporting tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage. • Prior experience in hotel operations or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory or duty manager position. • Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, and remain on-site for the duration of assigned shifts.
