The Guest Service Associate will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out processes, and ensure a smooth and pleasant stay experience. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, managing reservations and room allocations, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. The role also involves maintaining accurate records at the front desk, processing payments, and providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and transport. The Guest Service Associate is expected to uphold brand standards, follow safety and security procedures, and contribute to a friendly, efficient, and guest-focused environment. **Qualifications** - Strong guest-facing skills, including Guest Services and Guest Service capabilities to ensure a welcoming and supportive experience for all guests. - Solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, feedback, and issues with patience, professionalism, and problem-solving ability. - Experience with Reservations, including booking management, room assignment, and coordination with central reservation systems. - Clear and courteous Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management. - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel property management systems or front desk software. - Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, and remain calm under pressure in a dynamic hospitality environment. - Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service. - Prior experience in hospitality or front office operations is preferred; a diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is an advantage.
