With a team of around 7,700 hospitality professionals, Lemon Tree Hotels is committed to delivering a refreshingly different guest experience every day. **Role Description** The Deputy Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at our hotel in Jhansi. This role is responsible for supporting the sales leadership in achieving revenue targets through proactive business development, key account management, and effective conversion of leads. The Deputy Sales Manager will identify and pursue corporate, travel trade, and group business opportunities, conduct sales calls and property visits, prepare proposals, and negotiate rates within approved guidelines. The role includes monitoring market trends and competitor activity, coordinating with operations and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences for contracted accounts, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The Deputy Sales Manager will also assist in implementing sales campaigns, participating in local networking events, and contributing to the overall growth of Lemon Tree Hotels in the Jhansi market. **Qualifications** - Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, account management, and negotiation. - Experience in hospitality or service-driven industries, with understanding of hotel sales, revenue, and distribution channels. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Ability to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare clear, concise reports and forecasts. - Proven organizational and time-management skills, with capacity to handle multiple accounts and priorities. - Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic digital communication platforms. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
