**1.** **Role Overview (Position Summary)** The **Ecommerce Manager** will be responsible for managing allocated E-commerce accounts / chains / regions and driving sales growth for the assigned account portfolio. The incumbent will work closely with the E-commerce sales team, brand team and other internal stakeholders to manage account planning, off-takes, platform hygiene, stock availability, relationship development and business performance. The role will also focus on annual business planning, terms of trade, promotion and visibility strategy, operational improvement and channel partner hygiene. **2.** **Overall Job Responsibilities** - Drive E-commerce key account sales and account engagement for allocated E-commerce accounts. - Achieve topline sales objectives for assigned E-commerce accounts, with expertise in handling online portal sellers and multi-channel, multi-platform models. - Be responsible for overall sales performance of assigned accounts, including planning, execution, monitoring and review of account-level performance. - Ensure all relevant products are listed on E-commerce platforms and maintain hygiene across portals including listings, product detail pages, storefront execution and brand visibility. - Ensure stock availability with high forecasting accuracy and work towards improving end-user delivery turnaround time. - Ensure fill rates of 90% and above for accounts managed directly and for accounts managed through the operations team. - Devise and execute promotion and visibility strategies for the brand portfolio across key E-commerce portals. - Develop and manage Annual Business Plans for selected accounts. - Align annual account targets, sign Terms of Trade (TOT) with relevant counterparts and ensure proper execution and adherence to agreed terms. - Build and maintain strong relationships with E-commerce partners / distributors to secure efficient and effective Terms of Trade. - Drive operational improvements for the E-commerce channel and ensure high ROI-driven investments. - Evaluate the existing route-to-market model and recommend opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement. - Ensure channel partner hygiene, including collections as per agreed credit policy and timely settlement of claims / credit notes within the agreed timeframe. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans, account operations, inventory planning, claim settlement and commercial activities. **3.** **Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** **Education** - Bachelors degree in any stream • Masters degree or specialization in Marketing will be preferred **Desired Experience** - Minimum 4-8 years of work experience in consumer business, account management, sales or marketing is preferred - Experience in E-commerce account management or digital commerce sales will be an added advantage
