Electrical Design Engineer Position: Electrical Design Engineer Location: Chennai Required Skills Experience: 3-8 Years Key Skills: • Electrical Design • Cable Harness Design • Wiring Harness Design • Zuken E3 • PLM Teamcenter • Electrical Schematic Design • Electrical Systems Integration Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with expertise in cable harness and wiring harness design . The ideal candidate should have a strong electrical engineering background and hands-on experience with Zuken E3 and PLM Teamcenter . Responsibilities: • Design and develop cable harnesses and wiring harnesses for electrical systems. • Create and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and related documentation using Zuken E3 . • Manage design data, BOMs, and engineering changes through PLM Teamcenter . • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, customer requirements, and quality guidelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing activities. • Perform design reviews and resolve technical issues related to electrical harness systems. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or a related discipline. • 3-8 years of experience in Electrical Design. • Strong experience in Cable Harness and Wiring Harness design. • Hands-on experience with Zuken E3 . • Experience working with PLM Teamcenter . • Good understanding of electrical schematics, connectors, routing, and harness manufacturing processes. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
