Job Description / Key Responsibilities • Work carried out in the following area. • EOT crane maintenance. • Yaskawa drive configuration & troubleshooting. • CNC machine maintenance. • Lincoln controller maintenance. • e. Basic electrical wiring & fault finding. • f. Fronius, Sigma welding machine maintenance. • g. Siemens & Mitsubishi PLC programing and troubleshooting. • h. Servo motor & drive configuration & troubleshooting. • Preventive maintenance of the machine. • Machine planning. • Completion with report and checklist. • Maintenance shit handling ( Work allocation, Report completion in system). • manpower allocation. • Report completion. • Machine Spare procurement. • Maintenance of spare item coordination with supplier.
