Employee Engagement Manager

Job description

Objective Lead employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, recognition, and wellness initiatives to strengthen employee experience and organizational performance. Qualifications MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. Certification in Employee Experience/Wellness is desirable. Experience 1015 years in HR with at least 5 years in employee engagement, culture, or wellness, preferably in healthcare. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute enterprise-wide employee engagement strategy. • Design wellness programs focusing on physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. • Drive employee recognition and rewards initiatives. • Conduct engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and implement action plans. • Lead employee communication, culture-building, and inclusion initiatives. • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to improve employee experience. • Manage annual engagement calendar, events, and campaigns. • Track KPIs including engagement scores, participation, retention, and wellbeing metrics. • Manage external wellness vendors and program budgets. • Ensure alignment with organizational values and compliance.
