• New tool & fixture development according to requirement for making new part. Review/Monitoring of whole dept activities. Team handling/Motivation/Team retention. Role & responsibilities , • Lean manufacturing, Line balancing, line layout, Time motion study, line setup for new and existing projects. • Coordination with customer & fulfil their requirement as per target date. • New machinery and equipment/fixtures development for new project, Modification in existing part as Per ECN and PPAP & APQP document updating Productivity improvement and manpower reduction and VAVE implementation.
