Sr. No Expected End Results Major Activities 1 Landlord Relationship Management 1.Develop relationship with Landlords in the assigned territory 2.Land Lord Complaint registration, 3.Complaint Closure with Landlord close looping 4.Escalate Issues to manager in case of non closure 3 Rental Management 1.Ensure timely rental payment in the territory assigned 2.Resolve issues leading to delay of payment to attain 100% rental payment in the territory assigned. 3.Cost Saving by Rent reduction, low escalation (Renewal & Sharing), reduction of rental for tenancy exit site and F&F negotiation 4.Reduction of Access Outage due to non receipt of the rental 4 Locked Site Management 1.Reduction of Halted/ locked site > 24Hrs outage 2 Locked site Monitoring, 3.Locked site issue resolution / unlocked 4.timely Full and Final settlement of permanent lock site. 5 Relocation Management 1.Site Retention - Site termination request from LL 2.Relocation proposal for Site retention failure, 3.Relocation Site dismantled / material removal co ordination & FF request initiated by Estate manager 6 Document / Agreement Renewal/ F&F / New Sharing/ Upgrade Management 1.Updation of Land lord database / Rental Master in coordination from Support team 2.Land Lord Request ( Ownership Change / property change / TDS/ GST/ Property Tax / Service TAX ) 3.NEFT Collection & Conversion 4.Ensure the 100% document for respective process- Agreement renewal activity, Site termination & F&F Closure, New Sharing & Upgrade site delivery 7 RWM adherence 1. Ensure compliance to Routine work management 2. Meet weekly targets for the assigned territory 3. Perform CA sheet on weekly basis to be on top on self performance 4. Discuss action plan with supervisor and adhere the same for further improvement 8 Others : Day to day operational issue like LL / Public Issue / Radiation / Statutory issue Coordination with Concern for closure Day to day operational issue like LL / Public Issue / Radiation / Statutory issue Co ordination with Concern for closure
