**Job Title: Offline Centre Counsellor (Admissions & Sales)** **Company:** Adda247 **Location:** - Janakpuri - Netaji Subhash Place (NSP) - Noida Sector 62 & Sector 23 **CTC:** Up to **4.50 LPA** **About the Role** Adda247 is hiring experienced Offline Centre Counsellors for its offline learning centers. The role involves counselling walk-in students and parents, understanding their academic requirements, recommending suitable courses, and converting enquiries into admissions. The candidate should also be comfortable handling telephonic follow-ups and achieving sales targets. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle walk-in enquiries from students and parents at the center. - Counsel students on courses, batches, fee structure, and learning solutions. - Convert walk-in and telephonic enquiries into admissions. - Follow up with leads through calls and CRM. - Resolve student and parent queries effectively. - Build strong customer relationships and provide an excellent counselling experience. - Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. - Maintain accurate lead and admission records in the CRM. - Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless admission process. **Eligibility Criteria** - Graduate in any discipline. - Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech admission counselling or inside sales is mandatory. - Experience in handling walk-in counselling and face-to-face sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Comfortable with tele calling and lead follow-ups. - Target-driven and customer-focused.
