The role involves receiving inbound consignments from Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, supervising unloading and container stuffing activities, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring safe handling of cargo with zero loss or damage. Responsibilities Inbound Operations • Receive consignments arriving from Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh at the designated CFS • Remain physically present during unloading operations • Verify cargo quantities against dispatch documents and conduct physical stock counts • Inspect cargo for any physical damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report deviations immediately • Ensure stocks are unloaded and stacked inside the CFS warehouse as per prescribed SOPs Container Stuffing & Dispatch Operations • Supervise container stuffing activities at the CFS • Coordinate with CFS-provided laborers to ensure safe and efficient loading of cargo into containers • Ensure proper cargo handling practices are followed to prevent damage during stuffing • Monitor loading operations to prevent theft, pilferage, or unauthorized movement of goods • Verify loaded quantities and maintain accurate stuffing records Inventory & Documentation • Maintain accurate ledgers and records for all inbound and outbound stock movements • Record daily inventory transactions and reconcile physical stock with system/document records • Maintain container stuffing logs, dispatch records, and stock movement reports • Ensure all operational documentation is complete and available for audit purposes Stakeholder Coordination • Coordinate closely with truck drivers for vehicle arrivals, unloading, and dispatch activities • Work with Customs House Agents (CHA) for smooth cargo movement and documentation support • Liaise with Central Operations teams regarding stock receipts, dispatches, and operational updates • Coordinate with CFS authorities and labor teams to ensure timely execution of operations Ownership & Compliance • Own and manage the complete CFS operational leg from receipt to dispatch • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational guidelines • Report operational issues, damages, shortages, delays, or exceptions in a timely manner • Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, cargo security, and operational efficiency Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Inventory accuracy and ledger maintenance • Zero cargo loss, theft, or pilferage • Timely unloading and container stuffing • Compliance with SOPs and safety standards • Damage-free cargo handling • Efficient coordination with transporters, CHA, and internal teams. Here’s what you will need to have to join the Ninja Clan • Graduate/Diploma holder with experience in logistics, warehousing, CFS, or supply chain operations • Prior experience in container freight station operations, warehouse management, or cargo handling preferred • Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills • Ability to work independently and supervise labor operations • Good coordination and communication skills • Comfortable working in operational environments and being physically present during cargo handling activities.
