Job Description Job Description Executive Engineering Company: K Raheja Corp Location: Mahalunge, Pune Project: Residential Department: Projects Engineering Key Responsibilities • Monitor day-to-day engineering and construction activities at site. • Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams. • Review drawings and resolve site-related technical issues. • Track project progress, manpower, materials, and contractor performance. • Conduct site inspections and ensure timely closure of quality observations. • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and project MIS. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Qualification & Experience • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. • 25 years of relevant experience in residential construction/projects. • Good knowledge of construction practices, drawings, site execution, and MS Office. • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
