Job Description: Position: IT Analyst Location: Mumbai BKC (base location) / Navi Mumbai Airoli Employment type: Full-time/Permanent Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience Responsibilities: • Managing IT projects across planning, stakeholder coordination, timelines, risks, status reporting and delivery follow-ups • Working closely with the business stakeholders understanding their requirements/pain areas and translating them into technology enabled solutions • Collaborating with internal teams and vendors on various technology initiatives for end-to-end project delivery • Performing ROI and cost-benefit analyses to support technology investment decisions and value realization • Validating architecture designs and recommending improvements to enhance performance, security and scalability • Automating operational activities by leveraging AI tools and no code / low code solutions • Developing AI agents for automating business processes and improving employee productivity • Staying updated on AI advancements and emerging technologies • Preparing monthly MIS decks for leadership team • Supporting in IT budget related activities • Collaborating with vendors to organize webinars, workshops and hackathons for accelerating AI and technology adoption across the organization Behavioral Competencies: • Focused on customer delight • Passionate about leveraging technology to maximize business value • Quick learner and excellent team player • Proactive in approach and adaptive to business environment • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical mindset • Flexible to take up project from any technology stream Technical Skills: • Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodology • Understanding of IT infrastructure and Applications landscape • Knowledge of information security and governance practices • Working knowledge of Gen AI tools, prompt engineering, agentic AI concepts and building autonomous AI agents • Proficiency in Office 365 applications and Copilot / Claude • SFDC / ACC / Mobile app experience will be preferred Candidates Profile: • Graduate BE/BTech/BSc in Computer/IT or equivalent • Post graduate MBA or equivalent • Technical Certifications on Gen AI, Cloud Fundamentals, PMP, CSM, etc. will be an added advantage
