Job Description Job Description Manager MEP (Electrical) Company: K Raheja Corp Location: Pune Project: Commercial IT Park Experience: 812 Years Qualification: BE/B.Tech Electrical Engineering Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage electrical MEP works for commercial IT Park projects from planning to completion. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, architects, and internal project teams. • Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings, and technical submittals. • Monitor installation of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, cables, lighting, earthing, and fire alarm systems. • Ensure execution as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. • Monitor contractor performance, manpower, material availability, and work progress. • Coordinate with civil, HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP teams for smooth execution. • Conduct inspections and ensure testing & commissioning of electrical systems. • Review measurements, quantities, and contractor bills. • Identify and resolve technical/site issues in coordination with consultants and contractors. • Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones. • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements. Desired Skills • Strong experience in electrical MEP execution for commercial / IT Park projects. • Good knowledge of HT/LT systems, DG, transformers, electrical panels, lighting, ELV, and testing & commissioning. • Strong contractor and consultant management skills. • Good understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, BOQ, and estimation. • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Experience in large-scale commercial / Grade-A IT Park projects will be preferred.
