K Raheja Corp is hiring for Electrical - Execution engineers Work Experience: 13-17 years Location : Airoli Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage electrical execution activities for commercial/data center projects. • Handle execution of EHV systems, including Receiving Stations and GIS. • Manage execution of Electrical and FAPA (Fire Alarm & Public Address) works. • Review and interpret tender documents, specifications, BOQs and technical requirements for EHV, electrical and FAPA works. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal project teams to ensure timely and quality execution. • Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and contractor performance. • Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project (MSP) and other planning tools. • Ensure execution is in line with approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards. • Review measurements and certify contractor bills as per actual work executed. • Identify and resolve technical/site issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders. • Ensure proper documentation, inspections and handover of electrical systems.
