Job Description: Executive / Sr. Executive - PR & Communications Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: In-office | 5 days a week Role Overview We are looking for an Executive PR & Communications with 23 years of experience, preferably in a PR agency environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced environment and wants exposure to strategic communications at a rapidly growing automotive brand. The role will involve closely managing agency relationships, supporting media and influencer engagement, coordinating integrated communication initiatives, and contributing to brand-building efforts across launches, announcements, events, and leadership profiling. This is a highly dynamic role with significant ownership, visibility, and learning opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day coordination with PR agencies to drive timely and high-quality execution across communication mandates • Support strategic communications planning aligned with brand, business, and product priorities • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and ecosystem stakeholders • Coordinate communication support for product launches, announcements, campaigns, partnerships, and events • Track media coverage, industry conversations, competitor activity, and communication performance metrics • Assist in founder profiling and leadership visibility initiatives in collaboration with agency partners • Support influencer engagement and integrated marketing communication activities where required • Contribute to crisis monitoring and ensure proactive communication coordination during sensitive situations • Work cross-functionally with marketing, brand, product, and leadership teams to ensure communication alignment • Support reporting, analytics, documentation, and communication reviews for internal stakeholders Ideal Candidate Profile • 23 years of experience in a PR or integrated communications agency • Prior experience handling automotive, EV, consumer tech, lifestyle, or corporate brands is preferred • Strong understanding of media relations and the evolving communications landscape • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment with high ownership • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational execution • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative in approach Why Join Us? • Opportunity to work at one of Indias fast-growing automotive and mobility brands • High ownership and visibility across brand and business communications • Exposure to leadership, product launches, media strategy, and integrated campaigns • Dynamic work environment with steep learning opportunities • Opportunity to shape narratives in one of Indias most exciting growth sectors
