We're looking for an **Executive – Warehousing Operations** to join our Supply Chain team and learn the fundamentals of warehouse operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and understand how products move seamlessly from warehouse to customer. **What You'll Do** - Support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth inbound, storage, and outbound processes. - Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in stock reconciliation and cycle counts. - Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely dispatches. - Track operational KPIs and prepare reports to identify improvement opportunities. - Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational SOPs. - Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity. - Learn and contribute to warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management processes. - Support audits and compliance activities while maintaining operational excellence. **What We're Looking For** - MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) or Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related disciplines. - 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP/WMS is an added advantage. - A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a hands-on approach. **Why Join Us?** At Plum, you'll get more than just a job—you'll build a strong foundation in Supply Chain by working on real business challenges, learning from experienced leaders, and contributing to a growing, purpose-driven brand.
