The company markets its products under its two global brands – Apollo and Vredestein, and its products are available in over 100 countries through a vast network of branded, exclusive and multi-product outlets. **Job Title**: Executive - Technology (Mould shop) **Location**: Chennai Office **Reports to (Position)**: Associate Manager **Department/Function**: TBR Technology **Purpose of the Job**: Responsible for Ensuring that all moulds and related tooling are in good condition to meet the production plan.Ensure all necessary quality checks before delivering the moulds to production. Maintain a safe working environment and uphold 5S standards in the mould assembly area. **Major Responsibilities**: 1. Prepare the mould as per the PPC schedule 2. Inspection of new moulds with Drawing 3. Check the mould related defects in curing press 4. Ensure and maintain 5s in shop floor 5. Participate in incident reporting. **Knowledge (Technical / Functional):** Basic knowledge in mould manufacturing, Auto CAD Safety Interaction Training **Skills:** Communication and Presentation skills Planning skills Interpersonal skills People management skills **Relevant Experience**: 2 - 4 Years **Education Qualification(s)**: BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die
