**Key Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day branch administration and facility operations. - Handle vendor management, billing, and branch-related expenses. - Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, pantry, and other service providers. - Conduct regular branch visits to ensure smooth operations and infrastructure upkeep. - Track and maintain branch assets, inventory, and administrative records. - Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues and vendor escalations. - Prepare MIS reports and support compliance with administrative policies. - Coordinate branch setup, maintenance, and other operational requirements. **Eligibility:** - Graduate in any discipline. - 2-5 years of experience in Administration, Facilities, or Branch Operations. - Good communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
