Fashion Consultant Kidswear Role: Fashion Consultant Department: Retail Reporting To: Store Manager Key Responsibilities • Welcome customers and understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. • Assist parents in selecting suitable outfits, sizes, styles, and products for kids. • Provide styling and product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience. • Achieve individual and store sales targets. • Maintain strong product knowledge of collections, fabrics, sizes, and offers. • Ensure proper product display, replenishment, and store upkeep. • Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service. • Support stock management and other store operations as required. • Follow brand grooming standards, SOPs, and company policies. Requirements • 10th pass / Graduate preferred. • 0–3 years of experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or retail sales. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-focused, energetic, and sales-oriented. • Passion for fashion and kidswear. • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
