Role - Field Auditor Location: Noida, Delhi, Gurugram Role Type: Field Role Roles & Responsibilities: \\* Conduct Mystery Audits to evaluate service quality and operational standards at our hotels. \\* Perform Revenue Leakage Audits to identify discrepancies in bookings, tariffs, and inventory. \\* Carry out Guest Experience (GX) Audits to assess the end-to-end guest journey. \\* Maintain accurate audit reports, documentation, and tracking dashboards. \\* Share actionable insights and coordinate with internal teams for corrective actions and improvements.
