Field Executive: Location: Vadodara (Baroda), Gujarat Experience: 2-6 Years Salary: Up to 4 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Executive to manage and maintain relationships with site owners, ensure smooth site operations, and resolve owner-related issues across allocated telecom sites. Key Responsibilities • Handle and manage 1,000-1,200 allocated sites. • Resolve site owner grievances and relationship issues. • Coordinate with owners for timely resolution of operational concerns. • Ensure agreement renewals at least one year before expiry. • Manage ownership transfer cases due to owner demise or legal succession. • Handle cases where owners are unwilling to continue site agreements and ensure site continuity. • Negotiate and manage rent reduction discussions with site owners. • Coordinate site relocation (recolation) activities whenever required. • Ensure uninterrupted support for 24x7 live telecom sites. • Conduct regular field visits and maintain strong owner relationships. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth site operations and compliance. Eligibility Criteria • Graduation is mandatory. • 2-6 years of experience in Field Operations, Telecom Infrastructure, Site Acquisition, Site Management, or related roles. • Must be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to travel extensively for field work. • Local candidates from Vadodara/nearby locations will be preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to handle multiple sites and owner interactions effectively. • Experience in agreement renewals, rent negotiations, and owner issue resolution will be an added advantage.
