Role & responsibilities \\* Visit assigned client sites and engage with potential customers in person \\* Follow up on leads provided by the company and generate new business opportunities \\* Explain company services clearly and present customized solutions to clients \\* Collect requirements and share accurate quotations based on client needs \\* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients \\* Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals effectively \\* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery \\* Maintain regular updates and reports on client visits, discussions, and conversions Preferred candidate profile \\* Background in field sales or direct sales is preferred \\* Strong communication ( Hindi , English )and interpersonal skills \\* Ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals \\* Willingness to travel and visit multiple sites regularly \\* Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach \\* Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling
