With a broad footprint across India, Bajaj Finserv provides opportunities to work in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. **Role Description** The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati. This position involves meeting prospective and existing customers, explaining Bajaj Finserv’s financial products, and guiding customers through the application and onboarding process. The role includes achieving sales targets, maintaining regular follow-ups, and building strong relationships with channel partners and local stakeholders. The Field Sales Executive will also collect and verify customer documentation, provide timely updates to the sales manager, and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards. **Qualifications** - Strong customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and confidently. - Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience meeting targets and handling objections in the field. - Basic understanding of financial services or willingness to learn quickly about lending, insurance, and investment products. - Ability to work independently in an on-site, field-based environment and manage time effectively across multiple customer visits. - Proficiency in local language(s) and English, with good documentation and reporting skills. - Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; prior field sales or financial services experience is an advantage. - Comfort with using smartphones and basic digital tools for lead management, reporting, and communication. - High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and readiness to travel within Guwahati and nearby areas as required.
