Role & responsibilities Job Title: Field Relationship Manager Position Type: Full-Time Salary: 25,000 (In-Hand) PF: 3,600 Petrol Allowance:5.15rs per kilometer Incentives: Up to 15,000/month based on performance Languages Required: English, Kannada, Hindi Assets: Bike is mandatory Travel Requirement: Must be able to travel 5060 km daily Job Overview: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the role of Field Relationship Manager. You will be responsible for visiting customer locations, verifying property details, and ensuring end-to-end deal closures by interacting with both tenants and property owners. Key Responsibilities: Visit customer locations regularly as per the leads provided by the company. Interact and coordinate with both tenants and property owners to finalize rental agreements. Convince and negotiate with both parties to successfully close the deal. Verify newly posted properties by cross-checking photos uploaded by owners and ensuring authenticity.
