About the Role : The Associate / Senior Associate Sales professional will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding market share. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, deep understanding of logistics solutions, and the ability to build strategic relationships across industries. Key Responsibilities • Business Development: Prospect and approach potential clients for domestic services. • Sales Management: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and account management. • Client Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans. • Pricing & Quotation: Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and provide customized logistics solutions to clients. • Coordination: Work closely with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth express movement and excellent service delivery.
