Job description \\Painting FRM Job Description\\ Role: Painting FRM (Field Relationship Manager) Job Responsibilities: • Visit customer locations to inspect the house, rooms, and painting requirements. • Understand the customers requirements and assess the area to be painted. • Prepare and provide a suitable painting quotation based on the inspection. • Convince customers and close the deal during the inspection. • Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to convert leads. • Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales process. • Manage approximately 4 customer inspections per day with around 20 to 25 km of daily travel. Candidate Profile: • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. • Good convincing, negotiation, and sales skills. • Average English communication is sufficient. • Should be comfortable with field visits and customer interactions. • Strong focus on achieving sales targets and closing deals. Salary 21k to 27k takehome (30k ctc) additionally petrol allowance and good incentives.
