• POSITION SNAPSHOT • Role Field Sales Officer (FSO) • Type On Randstad India Payroll • Experience 1-10 Years (Field/B2B Sales) • Job Location : - Mumbai, Pune,Thane,Nagpur,Bhopal,Indore,Kanpur,Lucknow,Kolkata,Delhi,Noida,Gurugram,Jaipur,Chandigarh,Ahemedabad,Surat,Hyderabad WHAT YOU WILL DO • Hunt & Onboard: Identify and sign up restaurants, QSRs, and food outlets. • Hit the Field: Conduct daily visits to generate leads and pitch business model. • Close the Deal: Negotiate commercial terms and finalize partnership agreements. • Seamless Setup: Collect KYC documents and ensure a smooth merchant activation. • Crush Targets: Achieve your daily/monthly sales and onboarding goals. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES (Screening Checklist) • Education: Graduate in any discipline. • Experience: 1-10 years in Field Sales (Food Delivery, FMCG, or E-commerce preferred). • Local Expert: Deep geographical knowledge of local markets and restaurant clusters. • Mobility: Must own a Two-Wheeler and hold a valid Driving License. • Communication: Fluency in the local language is highly preferred. • Drive: Target-oriented and comfortable with daily field travel.
