HIRING – FINANCE HEAD Location: Kolkata Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month Experience: 10–14 Years Qualification: M.Com / Equivalent – Mandatory Key Responsibilities: • Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, MIS and financial reporting. • Oversee accounting, cash flow, working capital and banking operations. • Ensure GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance. • Handle audits, internal controls and financial risk management. • Analyse financial performance and support management in decision-making. • Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team. Required Skills: • Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP, MS Excel and financial reporting. • Excellent knowledge of accounting, taxation and statutory compliance. • Strong analytical, financial planning and leadership skills. Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Agriculture/Agri-inputs, Fertilizer, Organic/Bio-fertilizer, Chemical, Engineering or Process Industries.
