Job Description Marketing Lead (Assistant Manager Grade) – Agriculture, Aquaculture, Animal Husbandry Business Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 10–14 Years Function: Marketing & Business Development Compensation / Salary: Up to 10 lpa Qualifications:  MBA / PGDM in Marketing or any equivalent qualification in Marketing – Mandatory.  Bachelor's Degree in any discipline – Mandatory.  A Graduate Degree in Agriculture / Aquacultue-related discipline will be an added advantage.  Candidates with an educational background related to Agriculture, Aquaculture will be preferred. Experience & Competencies:  10–14 years of overall professional experience, preferably in Marketing, Business Development or Sales & Marketing.  Strong leadership and people-management experience.  Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.  Strong understanding of channel management, market development and business expansion.  Good analytical, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.  Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.  Strong commercial acumen and result-oriented approach.  Ability to work independently and take strategic decisions.  Willingness to travel as required for business and market development activities.  Good to have – Experience in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Animal Husbandry industries Interested candidates can share their CV for consideration 9205231192 Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
