Job description

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Corporate Governance. • Prior experience in Listed Company is preferred. • Strong expertise in: • Consolidation of accounts • Taxation and regulatory matters • Stock Exchange and SEBI compliance • Financial reporting and statutory compliance • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning • Internal controls, audits, and risk management • Responsible for overseeing the organization's overall financial strategy, governance, and compliance framework. Proven ability to lead finance teams and support business growth through strategic financial management.
