The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with sales teams, drive capability building initiatives, and contribute towards achieving business objectives through impactful learning interventions. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage training and development objectives for mapped employees and assigned clusters. - Ensure optimal training coverage to achieve desired sales targets and product mix objectives. - Plan and execute the monthly training calendar in line with identified training needs and agreed agendas. - Monitor training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback to improve learning outcomes. - Collaborate with business leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend suitable learning solutions. - Track training participation, certification status, and compliance requirements. - Support the implementation of digital learning initiatives and engagement activities. **Eligibility Criteria** - MBA graduates from recognized institutes (Batch 202526 & 202627). - Specialization in HR, Marketing, Sales, or related fields preferred. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Passion for learning & development and people engagement.
