About the Role We are looking for a highly driven Strategy & Operations leader to drive high-impact business initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution across the organization. This role will work closely with leadership to solve complex business problems, improve operational performance, build scalable processes, and lead strategic programs. While Warehouse & Supply Chain Operations will be a key business area, the role has a broader mandate focused on business transformation, execution, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Partner with leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities. • Lead high-impact cross-functional programs, ensuring timely execution and measurable business outcomes. • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization. • Drive process standardization, automation, and governance across key business functions. • Develop business dashboards, performance metrics, and operating reviews to enable data-driven decision-making. • Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into effective execution. • Build scalable operating models and strengthen operational capabilities across warehouse and supply chain functions. • Improve inventory visibility, operational controls, and overall network performance while supporting business growth. • Establish SOPs, performance frameworks, and best practices to drive execution excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 5–8 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Consulting, or Operations Excellence. • Strong experience in driving cross-functional initiatives, solving business problems, and leading large-scale operational programs. • Exposure to warehouse, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or inventory-led businesses will be an advantage. • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a strong ownership mindset. Preferred Background Candidates from high-growth startups, consulting firms, EV, automotive, supply chain, e-commerce, quick commerce, logistics, manufacturing, or other operations-intensive businesses with demonstrated experience in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
