**Job Title:** German Payroll Executive **Location:** Gurgaon (India) **Department:** Global Payroll Operations **Experience:** 3-7 Years Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented German Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations for employees based in Germany. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in German payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliations, and stakeholder management. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work with global HR and finance teams. Key Responsibilities - Process monthly payroll for Germany-based employees accurately and within defined timelines. - Validate payroll inputs including new joiners, exits, salary revisions, bonuses, overtime, and deductions. - Ensure compliance with German payroll regulations, tax requirements, social security contributions, and labor laws. - Coordinate with payroll vendors, HR teams, and finance stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues. - Perform payroll reconciliations and ensure accurate accounting of payroll expenses. - Manage employee payroll queries and provide timely resolutions. - Prepare payroll reports, statutory reports, and management MIS. - Support year-end payroll activities, audits, and compliance reviews. - Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity within payroll systems. - Continuously identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and controls. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. - 3-7 years of experience in German payroll processing. - Understanding of German taxation, social security, pension, and statutory payroll requirements. - Experience working with payroll platforms such as SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, or DATEV. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel and payroll reporting. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications - German language proficiency (A2B2 level) is preferred. - Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC), Global Capability Center (GCC), or Payroll Outsourcing environment. - Exposure to EMEA payroll operations.
