Role & responsibilities • Operate and monitor granulation equipment, including Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), and Fluid Bed Processor (FBP), in accordance with approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs). • Operate SCADA-based systems to monitor, control, and record critical process parameters during manufacturing. • Perform granulation, drying, blending, and material handling activities while ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety requirements. • Monitor and maintain critical environmental and process parameters such as temperature, relative humidity (RH), differential pressure (DP), and moisture content within specified limits. • Perform equipment setup, line clearance, cleaning, and changeover activities as per approved procedures. • Complete production documentation, including BMRs, equipment logbooks, and SCADA records, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. • Inspect equipment before, during, and after operation, and promptly report any equipment malfunctions, deviations, or process abnormalities. • Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. • Follow cGMP, EHS, and company policies, maintaining high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and the use of appropriate PPE. • Support production targets by ensuring product quality, minimizing material wastage, and participating in validation, audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives Preferred candidate profile • Diploma/B.Sc./B.Pharm./ITI or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy, Science, or a relevant technical discipline. • 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in the granulation section. • Understanding of critical process parameters, including temperature, relative humidity (RH), differential pressure (DP), and moisture control. • Understanding of critical process parameters, including temperature, relative humidity (RH), differential pressure (DP), and moisture control.
