Role & responsibilities Growth Platforms - Specialized Domain Lead Key Responsibilities Alliance Leadership & Strategy Enablement • Partner with Relationship Manager and domain leaders to shape and execute strategies in pursuit of Deloittes and the partners business objectives. • Support Relationship Manager or domain leader in shaping the annual business plan • Actively collaborate in designing and launching joint campaigns, co-innovation initiatives, and domain-specific solutions that unlock new market opportunities. • Facilitate cross-functional integration, ensuring alliance and other operations teams contribute to and benefit from shared goals (across marketing, sales and community operations, Jupiter, KX, certifications, etc.) Governance & Operational Rhythm • Establish and manage structured governance frameworks such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and steering committees for the Growth Platform • Track key deliverables, commitments, and KPIs, ensuring timely execution and accountability across Deloitte and Growth Platform leadership teams. • Prepare and coordinate meeting agendas, supporting materials, and follow-up documentation for senior leadership. Reporting & Analytics • Own comprehensive alliance reporting, including sourced/influenced pipeline, revenue, certifications, and investment levels. • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and trackers that provide leadership with actionable insights and transparency. • Regularly deliver strategic recommendations based on performance analytics to drive continuous improvement and increase alliance value. Campaign & Program Support • Manage operational execution of joint go-to-market (GTM) plays, partner campaigns, and programmatic initiatives, consolidating and reporting on performance metrics. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications • At least 8+ years of experience, minimum of 5 years driving joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives within and managing complex partner ecosystems • Domain Knowledge: Deep subject matter expertise in at least one or more of the following domains: OEMs, AI/Agentic, Human Capital, FSI, Cyber, Supply Chain, or Finance Transformation and experience driving joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives within and managing complex partner ecosystems • Demonstrated ability to align alliance strategies with domain goals, leveraging the full breadth of GP capabilities. You must be able to credibly engage with internal and external stakeholders on domain-specific topics and trends. • Operational Excellence: Demonstrated expertise in governance, project and process management, and alliance program operations. • Analytics: Proficiency in CRM, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Excel/Sheets for accurate pipeline, KPI, and compliance reporting. • Alliance Program Knowledge: Deep familiarity with partner portals, deal registration processes, MDF, and certification tracking. • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional teaming skills with executive presence; ability to engage and influence stakeholders across domains and geographies. • Detail Orientation & Compliance: Strong commitment to reporting accuracy and adherence to all partner requirements and deadlines. • Continuous Improvement: Proactive mindset toward efficiency, automation, and operational standardization. • Project Management experience or PMP Certification is a plus.
