Role & responsibilities Responsible to monitor cost management in alignment with patient volumes and revenue generation • Establish policies and procedures that support high-quality healthcare service, in concurrence with the management • Generate business impact through continuous improvement initiatives focusing on quality of service. • Develop departmental goals for increased productivity, improved efficiencies, and enhanced patient service. • Oversee continuous quality improvement initiatives by providing direction to department leaders and monitoring of interdisciplinary involvement in clinical projects • Promote patient safety by reporting of issues through established channels and participating as requested in safety initiatives. • Monitor service line growth and recommend strategies based on operational statistics • Prepare and monitor MIS reports and business performance metrics pertaining to operations to discover insights that will support key business decisions. • The role holder will be responsible for handling IPD, OPD, Diagnostics Services and other ancillary services Preferred candidate profile 5+ year of Experience in Hospital Operations
