**Job purpose** We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the manufacturing domain to support app modernization and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves bridging business needs with technology solutions across existing legacy applications. **Key responsibilities** - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to App Modernization activities. - Map and optimize end-to-end workflows. - Work closely with IT teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories. - Perform data analysis and reporting to identify process improvement opportunities. - Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Agile methodologies. **Required Skills & Experience** - 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, etc. - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and/or MES platforms - Proficiency in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Strong analytical and communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** - Exposure to oil & gas or subsea engineering domain - Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, etc.) - Experience in digital transformation or app modernization projects.
