Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle for the manufacturing plant. • Develop and execute manpower planning and recruitment strategies based on plant requirements. • Ensure timely hiring, onboarding, induction, and deployment of employees. • Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies. • Manage attendance, shifts, leave, overtime, payroll inputs, and manpower records. • Coordinate with plant leadership and department heads for manpower requirements and HR priorities. • Drive performance management, appraisal, promotions, transfers, and confirmation processes. • Identify training needs and coordinate technical, behavioural, safety, and compliance training. • Develop employee engagement initiatives to improve retention, morale, and productivity. • Monitor absenteeism, attrition, workforce productivity, and employee-related KPIs. • Support audit requirements, inspections, statutory documentation, and HR compliance. • Coordinate with Administration, EHS, Security, Finance, and other support functions. • Prepare and present HR MIS, manpower reports, attrition reports, and management dashboards. • Drive HR process improvements and ensure effective implementation of company policies at the plant.
