**Role & responsibilities** **Role Overview** We are seeking dynamic **Talent Acquisition Partners** to drive end-to-end hiring for warehouse operations across India. This role will focus on managing both **on-roll and off-roll (blue collar) hiring**, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent to support large-scale warehouse operations in the e-commerce domain. **Key Responsibilities** - **Bulk hiring management**: Lead high-volume recruitment of blue-collar executives at warehouse sites. - **End-to-end recruitment**: Own the complete hiring lifecycle for on-roll and off-roll positions. - **Stakeholder collaboration**: Partner with warehouse leadership and HRBPs to align hiring with operational needs. - **Talent pipeline building**: Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates to maintain a strong pipeline. - **Process compliance**: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, statutory requirements, and organizational standards. - **Hiring metrics tracking**: Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, attrition trends) and provide insights. **Candidate Profile** - **Graduate qualification** (mandatory). - Proven experience in **bulk blue-collar hiring** at warehouse sites. - Prior work experience in **e-commerce recruitment** is essential. - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments. **Preferred candidate profile**
