This role supports the HR function by coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and employee lifecycle documentation to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Assistant Manager Human Resources helps implement HR initiatives, supports performance management and learning and development programs, and assists in executing employee engagement and wellbeing activities that reflect the “Every Moment Matters” and “Yes I Can!” culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining HR records, managing attendance and leave administration, handling employee queries, and supporting disciplinary and grievance procedures in a fair and consistent manner. The role collaborates closely with department heads and the HR Manager to promote a positive workplace environment, uphold ethical standards, and contribute to talent retention and development within the hotel. **Qualifications** - Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. - Experience with HR administration, HRIS or HR-related systems, documentation, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Effective interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and work with diverse teams and backgrounds. - Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality environment. - Ability to support and promote employee engagement, learning and development initiatives, and a service-focused culture aligned with Radisson Hotel Group values. - Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with digital tools and reporting for HR and operational needs. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality
