We Are Hiring Sales Trainer (Credit Card Department) Job Locations:Guwahati Qualification: Graduate Salary: Depending on last drawn salary Payroll: Randstad Key Responsibilities: • Conduct induction training for new employees (2 batches per week, 40–50 candidates per batch) • Complete daily assigned training tasks and reporting • Monitor employee productivity and performance across teams • Ready to travel to nearby locations (7–10 days travel required) • Experience in hardcore sales, retail, or FMCG industry preferred • Ability to adapt and handle changing situations effectively • Good knowledge of Excel and strong PPT presentation skills Eligibility: • Candidates with sales trainer experience will be given top priority • Trainers from other domains are also welcome to apply Interview Instructions: • Candidates must be formally dressed and carry two copies of their updated CV for the face-to-face interview • Report on time as confirmed by the recruiter • Read the job description carefully before attending the interview • Be prepared to wait for the next round, as the hiring manager may be occupied • Be ready to travel to the interview location for the face-to-face round Email: bijoy.dey@randstad.in (Please mention subject line"Apply for Sales Trainer-Location) #Guwahati
