You will also be responsible for managing relationships with Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of loan applications. **Job Role:** **1.** **Experience Requirement:** Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Loan and Mortgage operations. **2.** **Client Interaction:** Meet with loan applicants to understand their requirements, collect necessary information, and guide them through the loan application process. **3.** **Loan File Analysis:** Regularly analyze active loan files, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions to expedite the loan approval process. **4.** **Contract Completion:** Assist clients in completing loan contracts, ensuring thorough understanding of policies and regulations. **5.** **Financial Assessment:** Conduct interviews with applicants to assess financial eligibility and establish feasible debt payment plans**.** **6.** **Record Management:** Maintain accurate and updated account records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 1+ year of experience in Home Loan and Mortgage operations. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. - Proficiency in analyzing financial data and interpreting complex loan documents. - Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the Home Loan and Mortgage industry. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
